Thermal Imaging Inspection
In depth FLIR infrared thermal inspections of home, to look for insulation and/or
ventilation deficiencies, moisture intrusion, and the energy efficiency of the building envelope.
(NOT included with home inspections), starting at $550
Pool inspections:
Limited visual inspection, not a comprehensive pool inspection, and NOT a leak
detection test or inspection, starting at $200
Insurance inspection pricing:
FL Wind Mitigation inspection starting at: $150
FL Four-point inspection starting at: $225
Seawall, Dock, and/or Boat Lift Inspection, starting at $250
This is a visual inspection only of above-waterline conditions. Boat lift will be tested for basic functionality if no
boat is present.
SLHS does NOT perform inspections of under/in water portions of seawalls, boat docks, or boat lifts.
SLHS does NOT perform septic system inspections, environmental inspections, Chinese/defective drywall inspections/testing, Radon testing, or termite/WDO inspections.
WDO inspections by a licensed third-party contractor can be coordinated through SLHS.
These items are NOT required by the State of Florida’s or InterNACHI’s standards of practice for home inspectors.
If any of these items are required, Clients and Realtors are advised to have the above inspections performed by the appropriately licensed inspectors.
